Building Safety Inspection
Milestone inspections, structural and electrical certification, and reserve studies that keep South Florida's condos and high-rises safe, compliant, and funded.
Florida Rewrote the Rules — We Help You Meet Them
After Surfside, Florida stopped leaving building safety to chance. SB-4D and the laws that followed created hard requirements: aging buildings must be inspected on a set schedule, and condo associations must fund the reserves that keep their structures sound.
The milestone inspection — the successor to the 40-year recertification — is now required at 25 or 30 years depending on proximity to the coast. The Structural Integrity Reserve Study (SIRS) puts a real number on what the structure will cost to maintain, and boards can no longer vote to waive it.
We handle the whole picture — the milestone inspection, the combined structural and electrical certification, and the SIRS. Because the same engineers inspect your building and sign the report, you get one coordinated view of what your building needs and what it will cost.

Inspection, Certification, and Reserve Studies
Need the repairs an inspection uncovers?
When a milestone inspection or SIRS flags structural deterioration, our structural team handles the facade restoration and shoring that fixes it — one firm, start to finish.
