Accessibility
We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. This page describes where we stand and how to tell us if something is not working.
Effective .
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That is the standard most commonly referenced for public websites in the United States, and it covers contrast, keyboard operation, screen reader compatibility, and content that adapts to how you prefer to read.
What we have done
Accessibility was treated as a build requirement rather than a later fix. Specifically:
- Every page is tested with automated accessibility tooling and currently passes without violations.
- Text contrast meets or exceeds the AA threshold. Several colours were changed during development because they did not — including the main call-to-action button and the footer text.
- The site is fully navigable by keyboard, and focus indicators are visible against the backgrounds they appear on.
- Frequently asked questions use native expandable elements, so their answers are available to screen readers and present in the page whether opened or not.
- Animations respect the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system. With it enabled, entrance animations do not play and the background video does not load.
- Images that convey information carry descriptive alternative text. Images that are purely decorative are marked so that screen readers skip them rather than announcing them twice.
- Headings follow a logical order on every page, so screen reader users can navigate by structure.
Where we know we fall short
Automated testing catches a subset of accessibility problems, not all of them. Judgement-based criteria — whether alternative text is genuinely useful, whether a reading order makes sense, whether an interaction is understandable — need human testing, and we have not commissioned a full independent audit.
If you encounter something that does not work for you, we would rather hear about it than not. A specific report is more useful to us than a general one, and we will fix what we can.
Telling us about a problem
Email info@advancedsolutionsfl.com or call (954) 459-0463. It helps if you can tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology or settings you are using — but tell us anyway even if you cannot.
We will acknowledge your message and let you know what we intend to do. If something on this site is preventing you from reaching us, please call, and we will take your enquiry that way.
