Isandel Agosto is Chief Operating Officer at Advanced Structural Solutions, with over a decade of experience in structural engineering, concrete restoration, building envelope rehabilitation, and project management. He leads multidisciplinary teams through every phase of a project, from initial condition assessments and forensic investigations to design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.

Throughout his career, Isandel has managed a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, hospitality, and condominium restoration projects across Florida and Puerto Rico. His expertise includes structural concrete restoration, waterproofing, roofing systems, parking garages, façade rehabilitation, pool deck restoration, milestone inspections, structural assessments, and reserve studies.

Known for his practical problem-solving approach and strong client relationships, Isandel works closely with property owners, condominium associations, contractors, and design professionals to deliver technically sound, cost-effective solutions while maintaining project schedules and budgets. His leadership emphasises collaboration, quality control, and proactive communication throughout every stage of a project.
