Isandel Agosto manages restoration projects from initial assessment through construction close-out, and brings a forensic engineering background to the question boards most often ask first: why did this fail?
He spent six years at The Falcon Group conducting structural evaluations and forensic investigations of concrete, roofing and waterproofing systems, preparing repair scopes, cost estimates and engineering reports, and managing bidding and contractor coordination. Before that he performed field inspections and materials testing at an engineering and testing laboratory, and supported design-build work for the US Army Corps of Engineers in Puerto Rico.
At Advanced Structural Solutions he leads engineering teams on commercial building assessments, develops repair specifications, and oversees bidding, contract negotiation and project startup. He is a certified Level 2 post-tension inspector and holds OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification.
