Diego Serpa is a structural restoration specialist and business leader with over eleven years of combined experience in construction and structural restoration across South Florida. As Executive Director at Advanced Structural Solutions, he leads operations, client relationships, and marketing while guiding the firm’s engineering team.
Diego has completed more than 100 restoration projects addressing concrete deterioration, post-tension system repairs, and building envelope remediation. He also has earlier experience in new construction across Colombia and Canada. His work drives the firm’s growth throughout the South Florida market, strengthening its reputation and building lasting client relationships.
He holds Engineer Intern (E.I.), Certified General Contractor (CGC), and Certified Roofing Contractor (CCC) licenses in the State of Florida and is currently pursuing his Professional Engineer (PE) license. A certified Post-Tension Inspector at Levels I and II, Diego is an active member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), and the Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI).
