Founder and licensed Professional Engineer, Engineer of Record on restoration, recertification and diagnostic survey work across South Florida.
Andrei Perim is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida with over a decade of experience in structural engineering and restoration. He serves as Engineer of Record on projects throughout South Florida, with expertise spanning concrete restoration, milestone inspections and building recertification, GPR scanning, Scan-to-BIM, and drone surveys.
Under his leadership, Advanced Structural Solutions has built a growing presence in the condominium, hotel, and residential markets, pairing advanced diagnostic technology with streamlined processes to deliver fast turnaround and competitive pricing.
Andrei holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Florida International University and a Project Management certification from Columbia University. He is an active member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI), the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), and the Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI).
